プライバシーポリシー（日本語）

Today（以下「本アプリ」）は、1日1回その日の点数（1〜10）とひとことメモを記録する iOS アプリです。本アプリは、開発者個人 (Masamichi Ueta) が運営しています。本アプリは、ユーザーのプライバシーを最優先に考え、開発者がユーザーのデータを収集することはありません。

1. 収集する情報

本アプリは、開発者のサーバーや第三者サービスへ情報を送信しません。アカウント登録は不要です。あなたが入力した情報はすべて、お使いの端末内（および任意で、同一 Apple アカウントの iCloud）にのみ保存されます。

2. 保存されるデータ

• 日々の点数（1〜10）と、それに対応する日付
• ひとことメモ（入力した場合）
• リマインダー（通知）の設定（オン/オフと時刻）

メールアドレス・電話番号・位置情報・端末識別子などの個人を特定できる情報は一切収集しません。

3. データの保存場所

• すべてのデータは Apple の SwiftData フレームワークにより、ご利用の端末内にローカル保存されます。
• iCloud 同期が有効な場合、同一 Apple アカウントにサインインしている端末間で、Apple の CloudKit プライベートデータベースを通じて同期されます。同期されたデータは Apple のプライバシーポリシーのもとで保護され、開発者はアクセスできません。
• リマインダー（通知）の設定はその端末内のみに保存され、外部に送信されることはありません。

4. 通知について

リマインダーを有効にすると、本アプリは端末内で完結するローカル通知のみを使用します。すべての通知はお使いの端末上で生成され、外部サーバーは使用しません。通知の許可はいつでも iOS の「設定 > 通知 > Today」から変更できます。

5. トラッキング・広告・第三者

本アプリは以下を一切行いません。

• ユーザー追跡 (App Tracking Transparency 対象の処理)
• 解析・アナリティクス SDK の導入
• 広告の表示
• 第三者 SDK へのデータ提供

6. データの削除

各記録は、アプリ内からいつでも削除できます。本アプリを端末からアンインストールすると、端末内のデータは削除されます。iCloud に同期したデータも含めて削除したい場合は、iOS の「設定 > Apple アカウント > iCloud > 保存を管理（または iCloud を使用中のアプリ）」から Today のデータを削除してください。

7. ポリシーの変更

本ポリシーは、機能追加や法令改正等に応じて更新する場合があります。重要な変更があった場合は、本ページ上で告知します。

Privacy Policy (English)

Today (the "App") is an iOS application for recording one score (1–10) and a short note per day. The App is developed and maintained by an individual developer (Masamichi Ueta). We put your privacy first, and the developer does not collect any of your data.

1. Information We Collect

The App does not transmit any information to the developer's servers or to third parties. No account is required. Everything you enter is stored only on your device (and, optionally, in the iCloud of the same Apple Account).

2. Data Stored

• Your daily score (1–10) and its corresponding date
• A short note (if you enter one)
• Reminder (notification) settings (on/off and time)

The App does not collect any personally identifiable information such as email addresses, phone numbers, location, or device identifiers.

3. Where Your Data Is Stored

• All data is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework.
• If iCloud sync is enabled, data is synchronized across devices signed into the same Apple Account through Apple's CloudKit private database. Such data is protected under Apple's privacy policy, and the developer has no access to it.
• Reminder (notification) settings are stored only on that device and are never sent anywhere.

4. Notifications

If you enable the reminder, the App uses on-device local notifications only. All notifications are generated on your device, with no server involved. You can change notification permissions anytime in iOS Settings > Notifications > Today.

5. Tracking and Advertising

The App does not perform any of the following:

• User tracking as defined by App Tracking Transparency
• Analytics SDK integration
• Advertising
• Sharing data with third-party SDKs

6. Data Deletion

You can delete any record from within the App at any time. Uninstalling the App removes local data from your device. To remove iCloud-synced data as well, go to iOS Settings > Apple Account > iCloud > Manage Storage (or Apps Using iCloud) and delete Today's data.

7. Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated to reflect new features or legal requirements. Material changes will be announced on this page.
