プライバシーポリシー（日本語）

Monoqulo（以下「本アプリ」）は、写真を 1 枚モノクロに変換して書き出す iOS アプリです。本アプリは、開発者個人 (Masamichi Ueta) が運営しています。本アプリは、ユーザーのプライバシーを最優先に考え、いかなる個人情報も利用データも収集しません。

1. 収集する情報

本アプリは、ユーザーに関するいかなる情報も収集しません。開発者のサーバーや第三者サービスへデータを送信することもありません。アカウント登録は不要で、本アプリは外部ネットワーク通信を一切行いません。通信を行うコードそのものを含んでいないため、機内モードでもすべての機能が動作します。

2. 写真へのアクセス

• 写真の選択は iOS 標準の写真選択画面を通じて行われ、本アプリにフォトライブラリの読み取り権限は付与されません。ユーザーが選択した写真のみが本アプリに渡されます。
• 選択された写真の変換処理は、すべてお使いの端末内で完結します。写真やその内容が外部に送信・アップロードされることはありません。
• 本アプリが要求する権限は「写真への追加」のみです。これは、書き出した画像をユーザー自身の写真ライブラリに保存する目的にのみ使用します。

3. 位置情報とメタデータ

本アプリは位置情報サービスを使用せず、端末の現在位置を取得することはありません。

書き出す画像には、元の写真が持っていた撮影日時・カメラ・レンズの情報を引き継ぎます。位置情報（GPS）については、既定では引き継ぎますが、設定の「位置情報を引き継ぐ」をオフにすると、書き出し前に位置情報を取り除きます。いずれの場合も、これらの情報が開発者や第三者に送信されることはありません。

4. データの保存

本アプリは、写真やユーザーデータを永続的に保存しません。アカウント・データベース・iCloud 同期・解析基盤のいずれも持ちません。画像の変換処理は端末内で一時的に行われるのみで、アプリを終了すると破棄されます。書き出した画像は、ユーザーが保存または共有を選んだ場所（写真ライブラリや共有先のアプリ）にのみ残ります。

端末内に保存するのは、書き出しに関する設定（「常に JPEG で書き出す」「位置情報を引き継ぐ」）のみです。これらは端末内の設定領域に保存され、本アプリの外に出ることはありません。

5. 画像の共有

共有は、ユーザーが iOS の共有シートを使って能動的に行う場合にのみ発生します。共有するかどうか、また共有先は、ユーザーご自身が選択します。本アプリが自動的に画像を送信することはありません。

6. トラッキング・広告・第三者

本アプリは以下を一切行いません。

• ユーザー追跡 (App Tracking Transparency 対象の処理)
• 解析・アナリティクス SDK の導入
• 広告の表示
• 第三者 SDK へのデータ提供
• 外部サーバーとのネットワーク通信

App Store の「アプリのプライバシー」欄では「データを収集しません」と申告しており、アプリに同梱するプライバシーマニフェストの内容と一致します。

7. データの削除

本アプリはユーザーデータを保持しないため、削除すべきデータが外部に存在することはありません。本アプリを端末からアンインストールすると、端末内の一時データおよび書き出し設定も削除されます。すでに保存した画像は、iOS の写真 App からユーザーご自身で管理・削除できます。

8. 子どものプライバシー

本アプリは年齢レーティング 4+ で提供していますが、そもそも個人情報を収集しないため、子どもから情報を収集することもありません。

本ポリシーは、機能追加や法令改正等に応じて更新する場合があります。重要な変更があった場合は、本ページ上で告知します。

Privacy Policy (English)

Monoqulo (the "App") is an iOS application that turns a single photo monochrome and exports it. The App is developed and maintained by an individual developer (Masamichi Ueta). We put your privacy first, and the App does not collect any personal information or usage data.

1. Information We Collect

The App does not collect any information about you. It does not transmit any data to the developer's servers or to third parties. No account is required, and the App performs no external network communication whatsoever. It contains no networking code at all, which is why every feature works in airplane mode.

2. Access to Photos

• Photos are selected through the standard iOS photo picker; the App is not granted read access to your photo library. Only the photo you choose is passed to the App.
• All processing of the selected photo happens entirely on your device. Your photos and their contents are never transmitted or uploaded.
• The only permission the App requests is "add to Photos", used solely to save the exported image to your own photo library.

3. Location and Metadata

The App does not use location services and never reads your device's current location.

Exported images carry over the capture date, camera and lens information from the original photo. Location (GPS) data is carried over by default, but turning off "Keep Location" in Settings strips it before the file is written. In either case, none of this information is ever sent to the developer or to a third party.

4. Where Your Data Is Stored

The App does not persistently store photos or user data. It has no account, database, iCloud sync, or analytics backend. Image processing is performed only temporarily on your device and is discarded when the App is closed. Exported images remain only where you choose to save or share them (your photo library or the destination app).

The only thing stored on your device is your export preferences ("Always Export JPEG" and "Keep Location"). These are kept in the device's own settings storage and never leave the App.

5. Sharing Images

Sharing only occurs when you actively use the iOS share sheet. You decide whether to share and where to. The App never sends images on its own.

6. Tracking and Advertising

The App does not perform any of the following:

• User tracking as defined by App Tracking Transparency
• Analytics SDK integration
• Advertising
• Sharing data with third-party SDKs
• Network communication with external servers

The App's App Store privacy entry declares "Data Not Collected", matching the privacy manifest bundled with the App.

7. Data Deletion

Because the App keeps no user data, there is no data held externally to delete. Uninstalling the App removes any temporary data and your export preferences from your device. Images you have already saved can be managed and deleted by you in the iOS Photos app.

8. Children's Privacy

The App is rated 4+. Since it collects no personal information at all, it collects none from children either.

9. Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated to reflect new features or legal requirements. Material changes will be announced on this page.
