Homework は、子どもが家庭学習の時間を自分で記録できる iOS アプリです。タイマーや手入力で日々の学習を残し、ストリーク・グラフ・バッジで頑張りを可視化します。本ページでは、使い方・よくある質問・お問い合わせ先をまとめています。

はじめての使い方

1. プロフィールを つくる: 起動直後の画面から、お子さま 1 人分のニックネーム・アバター絵文字・テーマカラーを選んで作成します。兄妹がいる場合は人数ぶん作成できます (2 人目以降のプロフィール作成は Homework プレミアムが必要です)。
2. カテゴリーを えらぶ: 「がっこうの しゅくだい / こくご / さんすう / りか / しゃかい / どくしょ / そのた」の 7 カテゴリーが初期登録されています。塾など、必要に応じて親モードから追加・編集できます。
3. 記録する: ホーム画面から「タイマー」または「てうちにゅうりょく」を選んで学習時間を記録します。1 日のなかで 60 秒以上の記録があると、その日はストリークにカウントされます。
4. 親モード: 画面右上の歯車アイコンから親モードに入れます。子ども・カテゴリー・記録の管理、PIN ロックの設定、データのバックアップ、通知設定などが行えます。

モチベーション機能

• ストリーク: 60 秒以上の記録があった日が連続してカウントされます。
• レベル: 累計の学習時間がたまるほどレベルアップします (学習 1 分ごとに経験値が 1 たまり、ホーム画面に「あと◯ふんでレベルアップ」と表示されます)。
• バッジ: 300 種類のバッジが用意されており、回数・連続日数・特別な日・教科横断など、さまざまな条件で獲得できます。
• グラフ: 週ごと・月ごとの合計時間と、13 週ぶんのヒートマップカレンダーで頑張りを振り返れます。
• ひょうしょうじょう: 親モードから、月ごと・年ごとの記録を A4 サイズの PDF として書き出せます。冷蔵庫に貼ったり、塾の先生に見せたりしてご活用ください (Homework プレミアム機能)。

料金と Homework プレミアム (アプリ内課金)

• アプリ本体は無料です。無料のままで、プロフィール 1 人分・記録・タイマー・手入力・ストリーク・レベル・グラフ・13 週ヒートマップ・30 種類のバッジ・通知・親モード・PIN ロックなど、毎日の利用に必要な機能をすべてお使いいただけます。
• 買い切りの「Homework プレミアム」を購入すると、次の機能が開放されます: (1) 2 人目以降のプロフィール作成、(2) 残り 270 種類 (あわせて全 300 種類) のバッジ、(3) ひょうしょうじょうの PDF 出力、(4) .homeworkbackup ファイルでのやり取り。
• 一度の購入でずっと使えます (サブスクリプションではありません)。ファミリー共有に対応しているので、ご家族のひとりが購入すれば、同じファミリー共有グループの端末でも利用できます。
• 購入の入口は、対象の機能を使おうとしたときや、親モードの案内から開けます。機種変更・再インストール後にプレミアムが反映されないときは、ペイウォール下部の「購入をふっかつ」をタップしてください (購入時と同じ Apple ID / ファミリー共有が必要です)。

iCloud 同期について

• 同じ Apple ID にサインインしている iPhone / iPad の間では、自動的に同期されます (Apple の CloudKit プライベートデータベースを使用)。
• iCloud 同期の有効/無効は、iOS の「設定 > Apple ID > iCloud > iCloud を使用中のアプリ」から Homework のスイッチで切り替えられます。
• 家族の別 Apple ID とは自動同期されません。家族でデータをやり取りしたい場合は、後述の「ファイルでのやり取り」をご利用ください。

ファイルでのやり取り (家族間)

• 親モードの「ファイルで やり取り」から、すべての記録を .homeworkbackup ファイル (JSON) として書き出せます。AirDrop・メッセージ・メールなどで家族に送ってください。
• 各プロフィール画面の共有アイコンからは、その子 1 人ぶんだけを書き出せます。
• 受け取った側が .homeworkbackup ファイルを Homework アプリで開くと、取り込み確認シートが表示され、同じ記録は上書き、新しい記録は追加されます。元の記録が消えることはありません。
• 親モードから削除した記録は「削除墓標」として記録され、家族から共有された古いバックアップで誤って復活しないようになっています。
• 取り込んだ記録のカテゴリーが見つからない場合でも、記録した時点のカテゴリー名を覚えています。親モードの「きろくを みる/けす」から、あとで正しいカテゴリーに付け替えられます。

通知について

• 通知の設定はこの端末だけに保存されます (CloudKit には同期されません)。子ども端末と親端末で別々に設定できます。
• 親モード > 「通知を かんり」から、子どもごとに通知の ON/OFF と時刻を設定できます。
• その日に 60 秒以上の記録があれば、当日の通知は自動的に抑制されます。
• iOS 側の通知許可ダイアログは、最初に Toggle を ON にしたタイミングで表示されます。間違って拒否してしまった場合は、iOS の「設定 > 通知 > Homework」から許可してください。

親モードの PIN ロック

• 親モードに 4 桁の PIN を設定できます。設定後は、歯車タップ時に PIN 入力が必要になります。
• PIN はこの端末だけに保存されます (CloudKit には同期されません)。子ども端末だけ厳しく、親端末は PIN なし、といった使い分けができます。
• もし PIN を忘れてしまった場合は、後述の FAQ をご参照ください。

よくある質問 (FAQ)

Q. 親モードの PIN を忘れてしまいました。どうすればいいですか？

A. PIN はこの端末だけに保存されています。お手数ですが、Homework アプリを一度削除して再インストールしてください。その端末の PIN だけがリセットされ、学習記録は iCloud 同期から自動的に復元されます (iCloud 同期が有効な場合)。同期を無効にしている場合は、別の同期端末で親モードを開いて PIN を解除する方法もご利用いただけます。

Q. バッジが獲得できないように見えます。

A. バッジの判定はアプリ起動時とセッション保存時に行われます。新しい記録を保存してもバッジが表示されない場合は、一度アプリを完全に終了して再起動してください。300 種類のバッジには、特定の日付・時間帯・連続日数など、満たすのが難しい条件のものもあります。

Q. 別の端末で記録が表示されません。

A. まず、両方の端末が同じ Apple ID で iCloud にサインインしているかご確認ください。次に、両端末で「設定 > Apple ID > iCloud > iCloud を使用中のアプリ」から Homework が ON になっているかご確認ください。同期には数分かかる場合があります。家族の別 Apple ID とのやり取りには「ファイルで やり取り」をご利用ください。

Q. 通知が来ません。

A. (1) 親モード > 「通知を かんり」で対象の子どもの通知が ON になっているか、(2) iOS の「設定 > 通知 > Homework」で通知が許可されているか、(3) その日にすでに 60 秒以上の記録があると当日の通知は抑制される仕様、の 3 点をご確認ください。

Q. 記録した時間を間違えてしまいました。修正できますか？

A. 親モード > 「きろくを みる/けす」から、子どもごとの記録一覧を開き、不要な記録を削除できます。時間の手動修正は現状サポートしていないため、いったん削除して手入力で記録し直してください。なお、カテゴリー (教科) だけを変えたい場合は、その記録をタップして付け替えられます。

Q. アプリを削除するとどうなりますか？

A. 端末内のデータは削除されますが、iCloud に同期されたデータは残ります。再インストール後、同じ Apple ID で iCloud 同期を有効にすると記録が戻ってきます。iCloud 上のデータも含めて完全に削除したい場合は、iOS の「設定 > Apple ID > iCloud > iCloud を使用中のアプリ > Homework」から削除してください。

Q. 兄妹間で記録が混ざってしまいました。

A. 親モード > 「きろくを みる/けす」から、子どもごとに記録を確認し、誤った子に紐付いた記録を削除してください。記録を別の子どもへ付け替える機能は現状ありません (カテゴリー〈教科〉の付け替えは可能です)。

Q. Homework プレミアムを買ったのに、別の端末で機能が開放されません。

A. ペイウォール下部の「購入をふっかつ」をタップしてください。購入時と同じ Apple ID でサインインしているか、同じファミリー共有グループに入っているかもご確認ください。プレミアムの状態は App Store と同期され、アプリ内には保存していないため、復元すると最新の状態に揃います。

Q. プレミアムで獲得したバッジは、あとで失われますか？

A. いいえ。一度獲得したバッジは、ファミリー共有の変更などでプレミアムが無効になっても消えません。プレミアムを再び有効にすると、無効だった間に条件を満たしていたぶんもまとめて授与されます。

本アプリのデータ収集・取り扱いについては、プライバシーポリシーをご覧ください。本アプリは開発者のサーバーや第三者サービスへの情報送信を一切行いません。

免責事項

• 本アプリは、現在ある機能のまま提供されます。お使いの目的に合うこと、記録や集計がつねに正確であること、いつでも問題なく使えることを、どんな形であっても保証するものではありません。
• 本アプリの利用または利用できなかったことによって生じたいかなる損害 (学習記録やデータの消失、機器の不具合、逸失利益などを含みますが、これらに限りません) についても、開発者は法令で認められる範囲において一切の責任を負いません。
• 学習記録は端末内および iCloud に保存されますが、端末の故障・紛失、OS や本アプリのアップデート、iCloud の不具合、操作ミスなどにより失われる可能性があります。大切な記録は、親モードの「ファイルで やり取り」から .homeworkbackup ファイルとして定期的にバックアップすることを強くおすすめします。
• iCloud 同期は Apple のサービスに依存します。同期の遅延・停止・障害や、それに伴うデータの不整合について、開発者は責任を負いません。

Support (English)

Homework is an iOS app that lets children record the time they spend on study at home. With a timer or manual entry, daily sessions are saved and visualized through streaks, charts, and badges. This page summarizes how to use the app, common questions, and how to reach the developer.

Requirements

• iOS 26.4 or later
• Runs on iPhone and iPad (Universal)

• This is an indie project, so replies may take a few days. Thank you for your patience.
• When reporting an issue, please include your device model, iOS version, and app version (visible from Settings > General > iPhone Storage).

Getting Started

1. Create a profile: From the initial screen, pick a nickname, avatar emoji, and theme color for one child. You can create one profile per child (creating profiles beyond the first requires Homework Premium).
2. Choose a category: Seven default categories are pre-installed (homework, Japanese, math, science, social studies, reading, others). Add or edit categories in Parent Mode as needed (e.g., for cram school or supplementary workbooks).
3. Record sessions: From the home screen, start a timer or enter time manually. A day counts toward the streak as long as a single session of at least 60 seconds is recorded.
4. Parent Mode: Tap the gear icon in the top-right to open Parent Mode. From there you can manage children, categories, records, set a PIN lock, transfer data, and configure notifications.

Motivation Features

• Streak: Counts consecutive days with at least one session of 60 seconds or more.
• Level: Rises as total study time adds up (one minute of study earns one point, and the home screen shows how much longer until the next level).
• Badges: 300 badges based on session count, streak length, special dates, cross-subject activity, and more.
• Charts: Weekly and monthly totals, plus a 13-week heatmap calendar.
• Certificate: From Parent Mode, export a monthly or yearly summary as an A4 PDF — great for hanging on the fridge or sharing with a teacher (a Homework Premium feature).

Pricing and Homework Premium (In-App Purchase)

• The app itself is free. For free, you get one profile plus all the everyday essentials: records, timer, manual entry, streaks, levels, charts, the 13-week heatmap, 30 badges, notifications, Parent Mode, and the PIN lock.
• A one-time "Homework Premium" purchase unlocks: (1) additional profiles beyond the first, (2) the remaining 270 badges (300 in total), (3) certificate PDF export, and (4) sharing via .homeworkbackup files.
• It is a one-time purchase, not a subscription, and it supports Family Sharing — if one family member buys it, everyone in the same Family Sharing group can use it.
• You can reach the purchase screen when you try to use a Premium feature or from the Parent Mode banner. If Premium doesn't show up after switching devices or reinstalling, tap "Restore Purchases" at the bottom of the paywall (requires the same Apple ID / Family Sharing used for the purchase).

iCloud Sync

• Data is automatically synced across iPhones and iPads signed into the same Apple ID, using Apple's CloudKit private database.
• You can toggle iCloud sync from iOS Settings > Apple ID > iCloud > Apps Using iCloud > Homework.
• iCloud sync does not cross Apple IDs. To share with family members on different Apple IDs, use file-based transfer (described below).

File-Based Transfer (between Apple IDs)

• In Parent Mode, choose "ファイルで やり取り" to export all records as a .homeworkbackup file (JSON). Send it via AirDrop, Messages, or email to family members.
• Each profile screen has a share icon to export a single child's data.
• When the recipient opens the .homeworkbackup file in Homework, a confirmation sheet appears. Existing records are updated and new ones are added — your existing records are never lost.
• Records deleted from Parent Mode are tracked via deletion tombstones, so old shared backups can't accidentally resurrect them.
• Even if an imported record's category can't be found, it remembers the category name it had when saved, and you can re-assign it to the correct category later from Parent Mode > "きろくを みる/けす".

Notifications

• Notification settings are stored on this device only (not synced via CloudKit), so a child's device and a parent's device can be configured independently.
• From Parent Mode > "通知を かんり", you can enable/disable notifications per child and set the reminder time.
• If the child already has 60 seconds or more of study time on a given day, that day's reminder is suppressed automatically.
• iOS's notification-permission prompt appears the first time you turn the toggle on. If you accidentally denied it, re-enable notifications from iOS Settings > Notifications > Homework.

Parent Mode PIN Lock

• You can set a 4-digit PIN for Parent Mode. Once set, tapping the gear icon will require the PIN.
• The PIN is stored on this device only (not synced via CloudKit), so you can use a strict PIN on a child's device and no PIN on your own iPhone.
• If you forget the PIN, please see the FAQ below.

FAQ

Q. I forgot the Parent Mode PIN. What can I do?

A. The PIN is stored on the device only. Please uninstall and reinstall the Homework app — only the PIN on that device is cleared, and your study records are automatically restored from iCloud (if sync is enabled). If iCloud sync is disabled, you can also open Parent Mode on another synced device and clear the PIN there.

Q. Badges don't seem to be unlocking.

A. Badges are evaluated at app launch and when sessions are saved. If a badge doesn't appear after saving a new record, fully quit and relaunch the app. Some of the 300 badges have very specific conditions (specific dates, time-of-day, long streaks) that may take time to satisfy.

Q. Records don't appear on my other device.

A. First, make sure both devices are signed into the same Apple ID. Second, check that Homework is turned on under iOS Settings > Apple ID > iCloud > Apps Using iCloud on both devices. Sync may take a few minutes. To share with family members on a different Apple ID, use the file-based transfer described above.

Q. I'm not getting notifications.

A. Please check: (1) the notification toggle for that child is on under Parent Mode > "通知を かんり"; (2) notifications are allowed for Homework under iOS Settings > Notifications > Homework; (3) the reminder for the day is automatically suppressed if 60 seconds or more have already been logged that day.

Q. I entered the wrong time. Can I edit it?

A. From Parent Mode > "きろくを みる/けす", open the records for a child and delete the incorrect entry. Editing the duration directly isn't supported yet — please delete and re-enter manually. If you only need to change the category (subject), tap the record to re-assign it.

Q. What happens if I uninstall the app?

A. Local data on the device is removed, but data already synced to iCloud is preserved. After reinstalling and re-enabling iCloud sync with the same Apple ID, your records will return. To remove iCloud data as well, go to iOS Settings > Apple ID > iCloud > Apps Using iCloud > Homework and delete from there.

Q. Records got mixed up between siblings.

A. From Parent Mode > "きろくを みる/けす", review records per child and delete any that are attributed to the wrong child. Re-assigning a record to a different child isn't supported yet (though you can change its category/subject).

Q. I bought Homework Premium, but features aren't unlocked on another device.

A. Tap "Restore Purchases" at the bottom of the paywall. Also make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used for the purchase, or are part of the same Family Sharing group. Premium status syncs with the App Store and is never cached inside the app, so restoring brings it up to date.

Q. Will badges I earned with Premium be lost later?

A. No. Once earned, a badge stays even if Premium later becomes unavailable (for example, due to Family Sharing changes). When Premium is active again, any badges you qualified for in the meantime are granted together.
