プライバシーポリシー（日本語）

Homework（以下「本アプリ」）は、子どもが家庭学習の時間を自分で記録できる iOS アプリです。本アプリは、開発者個人 (Masamichi Ueta) が運営しています。本アプリでは、ユーザーのプライバシーを最優先に考え、以下のとおりデータを取り扱います。

1. 収集する情報

本アプリは、開発者のサーバーや第三者サービスへ情報を送信しません。以下の情報はすべて、お使いの端末内（および任意で同一 Apple ID の iCloud）に保存されます。

• 子どものプロフィール: ニックネーム（本名の入力は不要）、アバター絵文字、テーマカラー
• 学習記録: 開始/終了時刻、学習時間（秒数）、教科、メモ
• 教科カテゴリーの設定
• 獲得バッジの履歴
• 親モードの 4 桁 PIN（設定した場合のみ。端末内に保存）

2. 個人情報の取り扱い

本アプリは、メールアドレス・電話番号・位置情報・端末識別子などの個人を特定できる情報を一切収集しません。プロフィール名はニックネームでの利用を推奨しています。

3. データの保存場所

• すべてのデータは Apple の SwiftData フレームワークにより、ご利用の端末内にローカル保存されます。
• iCloud 同期が有効な場合、同一 Apple ID にサインインしている端末間で、Apple の CloudKit プライベートデータベースを通じて同期されます。同期されたデータは Apple のプライバシーポリシーのもとで保護され、開発者はアクセスできません。
• 家族間でのデータ共有は、ユーザー自身が .homeworkbackup ファイル（JSON 形式）を AirDrop・メッセージ・メール等で送ることでのみ行われます。本アプリが自動で外部に送信することはありません。

4. トラッキング・広告

本アプリは以下を一切行いません。

• ユーザー追跡 (App Tracking Transparency 対象の処理)
• 解析・アナリティクス SDK の導入
• 広告の表示
• 第三者 SDK への情報提供

5. 子どものプライバシーについて

本アプリは家庭内での利用を想定しています。子どもの個人情報を収集することはなく、保護者が端末上で管理することを前提としています。13 歳未満のお子さまが利用される場合は、必ず保護者の同意と監督のもとでご利用ください。

6. データの削除

記録・プロフィール・バッジ等は、アプリ内の親モードから個別に削除できます。アプリ自体を端末からアンインストールすると、端末内のデータは削除されます。iCloud に同期したデータは、iOS の「設定 > Apple ID > iCloud > アプリを使用中のアプリ」から削除できます。

7. ポリシーの変更

本ポリシーは、機能追加や法令改正等に応じて更新する場合があります。重要な変更があった場合は、本ページ上で告知します。

Privacy Policy (English)

Homework (the "App") is an iOS application that lets children record the time they spend on study at home. The App is developed and maintained by an individual developer (Masamichi Ueta). We respect your privacy and handle data as described below.

1. Information We Collect

The App does not transmit any information to the developer's servers or to third parties. All of the following is stored on your device (and, optionally, in your own iCloud account):

• Child profile: nickname (no real name required), avatar emoji, theme color
• Study sessions: start/end time, duration in seconds, subject, optional note
• Subject categories
• Earned badges
• Optional 4-digit parent-mode PIN (stored on device only)

2. Personally Identifiable Information

The App does not collect any personally identifiable information such as email addresses, phone numbers, location, or device identifiers. We recommend using nicknames for profiles.

3. Where Your Data Is Stored

• All data is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework.
• If iCloud sync is enabled, data is synchronized across devices signed into the same Apple ID through Apple's CloudKit private database. Such data is protected under Apple's privacy policy, and the developer has no access to it.
• Sharing with family members across different Apple IDs is only performed when you explicitly export a .homeworkbackup file (JSON) and send it via AirDrop, Messages, email, etc. The App never uploads or transmits data on its own.

4. Tracking and Advertising

The App does not perform any of the following:

• User tracking as defined by App Tracking Transparency
• Analytics SDK integration
• Advertising
• Sharing data with third-party SDKs

5. Children's Privacy

The App is intended for in-home use by families. It does not collect personal information from children and assumes that data is managed by a parent or guardian on the device. Children under 13 should use the App only with parental consent and supervision.

6. Data Deletion

Records, profiles, and badges can be deleted individually from Parent Mode in the App. Uninstalling the App removes local data from your device. iCloud-synced data can be removed from iOS Settings > Apple ID > iCloud > Apps Using iCloud.

7. Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated to reflect new features or legal requirements. Material changes will be announced on this page.
