TeeNote — Privacy Policy

プライバシーポリシー（日本語）

TeeNote（以下「本アプリ」）は、Masamichi Ueta（以下「開発者」）が提供する iOS 向けのゴルフスコア記録アプリです。本アプリは、ユーザーの個人情報を収集しないことを基本方針としています。

1. 収集する情報

本アプリの利用にアカウント登録は不要です。開発者は、ユーザーの氏名・連絡先・利用状況などの個人情報を収集・取得しません。開発者が運用するサーバーも存在しません。

2. データの保存場所

本アプリに入力されたデータ（スコア、コース情報、プレーヤー名、クラブ情報など）は、次の場所にのみ保存されます。

これらのデータに開発者がアクセスすることはできません。iCloud 上のデータの取り扱いには、Apple のプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。

3. 位置情報

コースの場所を「現在地」から設定する機能を使う場合に限り、位置情報（アプリ使用中のみ）の利用許可をお願いすることがあります。取得した位置情報はコースの位置を設定する目的にのみ使用され、上記のユーザーデータの一部として保存されます。開発者に送信されることはありません。許可しない場合も、テキスト検索による場所設定を含む、その他すべての機能を利用できます。

なお、場所のテキスト検索には Apple のマップサービス（MapKit）を使用しており、検索キーワードは Apple に送信されます。

4. 第三者への提供・広告・トラッキング

本アプリは、広告の表示、トラッキング、外部の分析サービスやサードパーティー製 SDK を一切使用していません。ユーザーデータを第三者に提供・販売することもありません。

5. Apple から提供される統計情報

ユーザーが iOS の設定で解析データの共有（「デベロッパと共有」）を有効にしている場合、Apple から匿名化されたクラッシュレポートや利用統計が開発者に提供されることがあります。これらの情報から開発者が個人を特定することはできません。

6. お問い合わせ

本ポリシーに関するご質問は、お問い合わせフォームからご連絡ください。フォームの送信には Google フォームを使用しており、Google のプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。お送りいただいた内容は、お問い合わせへの対応のみに使用します。

7. 改定について

本ポリシーの内容を変更する場合は、本ページでお知らせします。変更後のポリシーは、本ページに掲載した時点から効力を生じます。

Privacy Policy (English)

TeeNote (the "App") is a golf score tracking app for iOS provided by Masamichi Ueta (the "Developer"). The App is designed around a simple principle: it does not collect your personal information.

1. Information We Collect

No account is required to use the App. The Developer does not collect, obtain, or store any personal information such as your name, contact details, or usage data. The Developer does not operate any servers.

2. Where Your Data Is Stored

Data you enter in the App (scores, courses, player names, club information, etc.) is stored only in the following places:

The Developer cannot access this data. Data stored in iCloud is handled in accordance with Apple's Privacy Policy.

3. Location

Only when you use the "current location" feature to set a course's location, the App may ask for location permission (while using the app). Your location is used solely to set the course's position and is stored as part of your data described above. It is never sent to the Developer. If you decline, all other features remain available, including setting a location via text search.

Text-based place search uses Apple's Maps service (MapKit), and your search terms are sent to Apple.

4. Third Parties, Ads, and Tracking

The App contains no ads, no tracking, no third-party analytics, and no third-party SDKs. Your data is never shared with or sold to third parties.

5. Statistics Provided by Apple

If you have opted in to share analytics with developers in iOS Settings, Apple may provide the Developer with anonymized crash reports and aggregated usage statistics. This information cannot be used by the Developer to identify you.

7. Changes to This Policy

Any changes to this policy will be announced on this page and take effect when posted here.
