Grillog — Privacy Policy

プライバシーポリシー（日本語）

Grillog（以下「本アプリ」）は、Masamichi Ueta（以下「開発者」）が提供する iOS 向けの焼肉記録アプリです。本アプリは、ユーザーの個人情報を収集しないことを基本方針としています。

1. 収集する情報

本アプリの利用にアカウント登録は不要です。開発者は、ユーザーの氏名・連絡先・利用状況などの個人情報を収集・取得しません。開発者が運用するサーバーも存在せず、本アプリが記録の内容を外部へ送信することはありません。

2. データの保存場所

本アプリに入力されたデータ（店名・訪問日・総合評価・食べた部位とその評価やメモ・支払額・写真・行きたい店リストなど）は、次の場所にのみ保存されます。

これらのデータに開発者がアクセスすることはできません。iCloud 上のデータの取り扱いには、Apple のプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。

3. 写真の取り扱い

記録に写真を添付する際は、iOS 標準の写真ピッカーを使用します。本アプリは写真ライブラリへのアクセス許可を求めません。ピッカーはアプリの外側で動作し、本アプリが受け取るのはユーザーが選択した写真のみです。ライブラリ全体を読み取ることはありません。

選択された写真は、保存容量と同期の負荷を抑えるために端末内で縮小・圧縮され、記録の一部として上記の保存場所にのみ保存されます。

また、記録の日付を補助する目的で、選択された写真に含まれる撮影日時（EXIF）を端末内で読み取り、日付の初期値として使用することがあります。この処理はすべて端末内で完結し、読み取った情報が外部へ送信されることはありません。

4. 位置情報

本アプリは位置情報を取得しません。位置情報の利用許可を求めることもありません。

5. 通知

本アプリは、iCloud 同期の更新を受け取る目的でバックグラウンド通知の仕組みを使用しています。これは同期のための内部的な仕組みであり、ユーザーへのプッシュ通知を送信するものではありません。

6. 第三者への提供・広告・トラッキング

本アプリは、広告の表示、トラッキング、外部の分析サービスやサードパーティー製 SDK を一切使用していません。ユーザーデータを第三者に提供・販売することもありません。

7. Apple から提供される統計情報

ユーザーが iOS の設定で解析データの共有（「デベロッパと共有」）を有効にしている場合、Apple から匿名化されたクラッシュレポートや利用統計が開発者に提供されることがあります。これらの情報から開発者が個人を特定することはできません。

8. データの削除

アプリを削除すると、端末内のデータは削除されます。iCloud 上のデータは、iOS の「設定 > [ユーザー名] > iCloud > 保存容量を管理」から削除できます。

9. お子様のプライバシー

本アプリは特定の年齢層を対象としたものではなく、お子様から意図的に個人情報を収集することはありません。そもそも本アプリは個人情報を収集しません。

10. お問い合わせ

本ポリシーに関するご質問は、お問い合わせフォームからご連絡ください。フォームの送信には Google フォームを使用しており、Google のプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。お送りいただいた内容は、お問い合わせへの対応のみに使用します。

11. 改定について

本ポリシーの内容を変更する場合は、本ページでお知らせします。変更後のポリシーは、本ページに掲載した時点から効力を生じます。

Privacy Policy (English)

Grillog (the "App") is a yakiniku (Japanese BBQ) logging app for iOS provided by Masamichi Ueta (the "Developer"). The App is designed around a simple principle: it does not collect your personal information.

1. Information We Collect

No account is required to use the App. The Developer does not collect, obtain, or store any personal information such as your name, contact details, or usage data. The Developer does not operate any servers, and the App does not transmit the contents of your records anywhere.

2. Where Your Data Is Stored

Data you enter in the App (restaurant names, visit dates, ratings, the cuts of meat you ate along with their ratings and notes, amounts paid, photos, and your wishlist) is stored only in the following places:

The Developer cannot access this data. Data stored in iCloud is handled in accordance with Apple's Privacy Policy.

3. Photos

Attaching photos to a record uses the standard iOS photo picker. The App does not request access to your photo library. The picker runs outside of the App, and the App receives only the photos you select — it never reads your library as a whole.

Selected photos are resized and compressed on your device to limit storage and sync overhead, and are saved as part of the record only in the locations described above.

To help fill in the date of a record, the App may read the capture date (EXIF) embedded in the photos you selected and use it as the default date. This happens entirely on your device, and nothing read this way is transmitted anywhere.

4. Location

The App does not collect location data and never asks for location permission.

5. Notifications

The App uses background notifications solely to receive iCloud sync updates. This is an internal mechanism for syncing and is not used to send you push notifications.

6. Third Parties, Ads, and Tracking

The App contains no ads, no tracking, no third-party analytics, and no third-party SDKs. Your data is never shared with or sold to third parties.

7. Statistics Provided by Apple

If you have opted in to share analytics with developers in iOS Settings, Apple may provide the Developer with anonymized crash reports and aggregated usage statistics. This information cannot be used by the Developer to identify you.

8. Deleting Your Data

Deleting the app removes the data stored on your device. Data in iCloud can be deleted from iOS Settings > [your name] > iCloud > Manage Storage.

9. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at any particular age group and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. The App does not collect personal information from anyone.
