プライバシーポリシー（日本語）

Menurette（以下「本アプリ」）は、家族でルーレットを回して晩ごはんを決める iOS アプリです。本アプリは、開発者個人 (Masamichi Ueta) が運営しています。本アプリは、ユーザーのプライバシーを最優先に考え、いかなる個人情報も利用データも収集しません。

1. 収集する情報

本アプリは、ユーザーに関するいかなる情報も収集しません。開発者のサーバーや第三者サービスへデータを送信することもありません。アカウント登録は不要で、本アプリは外部ネットワーク通信を一切行いません。通信を行うコードそのものを含んでいないため、機内モードでもすべての機能が動作します。

2. 端末内に保存するデータ

本アプリは、使うために必要な次のデータを、お使いの端末の中にだけ保存します。

• メニュー（料理の名前・絵文字・ジャンル・主な食材・調理時間、有効／無効）
• 家族のメンバー（名前・アバターの絵文字・テーマカラー・回す順番・「すき」な料理・その週に使った「やだ!」カードの数）
• 決めた献立の履歴（日付・料理・回した人）
• 設定（ルーレットのセグメント数、「やだ!」カードの回数、かぶり防止の日数、効果音・ハプティクスのオン／オフ）と、その日に「やだ!」で外した料理

これらは端末内のデータベースと設定領域に保存され、iCloud を含め、端末の外へ同期・送信されることはありません。開発者がこれらのデータを見ることはできません。家族の名前はニックネームでもお使いいただけます。

なお、iOS の端末バックアップ（iCloud バックアップや Mac へのバックアップ）をお使いの場合、本アプリのデータもそのバックアップに含まれることがあります。これは Apple のバックアップ機能によるもので、開発者がアクセスすることはできません。

3. 端末の機能へのアクセス

本アプリは、カメラ・写真・位置情報・連絡先・マイク・通知などへのアクセスを一切求めません。

4. トラッキング・広告・第三者

本アプリは以下を一切行いません。

• ユーザー追跡 (App Tracking Transparency 対象の処理)
• 解析・アナリティクス SDK の導入
• 広告の表示
• 第三者 SDK へのデータ提供
• 外部サーバーとのネットワーク通信

App Store の「App のプライバシー」欄では「データの収集なし」と申告しており、アプリに同梱するプライバシーマニフェストの内容と一致します。

5. 子どものプライバシー

本アプリは、小さなお子さまのいるご家族が一緒に使うことを想定した、年齢レーティング 4+ のアプリです。個人情報を収集しないため、お子さまから情報を収集することもありません。本アプリには広告も外部へのリンクもなく、メニューや家族の編集・設定の変更は、かんたんな計算問題に答えないと開けないようにしています。

6. データの削除

メニュー・家族のメンバー・履歴は、それぞれアプリ内の一覧から削除できます。本アプリを端末から削除すると、端末内に保存されたすべてのデータが削除されます。開発者側に保存されているデータはありません。

7. ポリシーの変更

本ポリシーは、機能追加や法令改正等に応じて更新する場合があります。重要な変更があった場合は、本ページ上で告知します。

Privacy Policy (English)

Menurette (the "App") is an iOS application for choosing dinner by spinning a roulette wheel together as a family. The App is developed and maintained by an individual developer (Masamichi Ueta). We put your privacy first, and the App does not collect any personal information or usage data.

1. Information We Collect

The App does not collect any information about you. It does not transmit any data to the developer's servers or to third parties. No account is required, and the App performs no external network communication whatsoever. It contains no networking code at all, which is why every feature works in airplane mode.

2. Data Stored on Your Device

The App keeps the following, which it needs to work, on your device only:

• Dishes (name, emoji, cuisine, main ingredient, cooking time, and whether each is on the menu)
• Family members (name, avatar emoji, colour, turn order, favourite dishes, and how many "No thanks!" cards they used this week)
• The history of dinners you decided (date, dish, and who spun)
• Settings (slices on the wheel, "No thanks!" cards per week, repeat-free days, sound and haptics on or off) and the dishes turned down today

These are kept in a database and in the settings storage on your device, and are never synced or sent off the device, iCloud included. The developer cannot see any of it. Nicknames work fine for family members.

If you use iOS device backups (iCloud Backup or a backup to your Mac), the App's data may be included in them. That is Apple's backup feature, and the developer has no access to it.

3. Access to Device Features

The App asks for no access to the camera, photos, location, contacts, microphone, notifications, or anything else.

4. Tracking and Advertising

The App does not perform any of the following:

• User tracking as defined by App Tracking Transparency
• Analytics SDK integration
• Advertising
• Sharing data with third-party SDKs
• Network communication with external servers

The App's App Store privacy entry declares "Data Not Collected", matching the privacy manifest bundled with the App.

5. Children's Privacy

The App is rated 4+ and is made for families with young children to use together. Since it collects no personal information at all, it collects none from children either. The App has no advertising and no links out of it, and editing dishes or family members and changing settings require the answer to a simple sum.

6. Data Deletion

Dishes, family members and history entries can each be deleted from their lists in the App. Uninstalling the App removes everything it stored on your device. No data is held by the developer.

7. Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated to reflect new features or legal requirements. Material changes will be announced on this page.
