プライバシーポリシー（日本語）

Menurette（以下「本アプリ」）は、家族でルーレットを回して晩ごはんを決める iOS アプリです。本アプリは、開発者個人 (Masamichi Ueta) が運営しています。本アプリは、ユーザーのプライバシーを最優先に考え、いかなる個人情報も利用データも収集しません。

1. 収集する情報

本アプリは、ユーザーに関するいかなる情報も収集しません。開発者のサーバーや第三者サービスへデータを送信することもありません。アカウント登録は不要で、開発者のサーバーとの通信は一切ありません。通信が起こるのは、ユーザー自身が iCloud への同期をオンにしているときの、お使いの iCloud との同期（下記 2）だけです。それ以外はすべて端末の中で完結するため、機内モードでもすべての機能が動作します。

2. 保存するデータと iCloud 同期

本アプリは、使うために必要な次のデータを、お使いの端末の中に保存します。

• メニュー（料理の名前・絵文字・ジャンル・主な食材・使う食材・調理時間、有効／無効）
• 家族のメンバー（名前・アバターの絵文字・テーマカラー・回す順番・「すき」な料理・その週に使った「やだ!」カードの数）
• 決めた献立の履歴（日付・料理・回した人）
• かいものメモ（食材と、買ったかどうか）
• 設定（ルーレットのセグメント数、「やだ!」カードの回数、かぶり防止の日数、ホイールのテーマ、効果音・ハプティクス・iCloud 同期のオン／オフ）と、その日に「やだ!」で外した料理

これらは端末内のデータベースと設定領域に保存されます。ユーザーが iCloud にサインインしていて、設定の「iCloud で同期」がオン（初期設定）のときは、メニュー・家族のメンバー・履歴・かいものメモが、ユーザー自身の iCloud（CloudKit のプライベートデータベース）にも保存され、同じ Apple ID の iPhone や iPad のあいだで同期されます。このデータは Apple のサーバー上でユーザーのアカウントにひもづいており、開発者がこれらのデータを見ることはできません。設定の「iCloud で同期」をオフにすると、端末内だけで動作します（反映にはアプリの再起動が必要です）。設定の値は同期されません。家族の名前はニックネームでもお使いいただけます。

冷蔵庫の画面で選んだ食材は保存されません。アプリを閉じるか献立を決めると消えます。

なお、iOS の端末バックアップ（iCloud バックアップや Mac へのバックアップ）をお使いの場合、本アプリのデータもそのバックアップに含まれることがあります。これは Apple のバックアップ機能によるもので、開発者がアクセスすることはできません。

3. 端末の機能へのアクセス

本アプリは、カメラ・写真・位置情報・連絡先・マイクなどへのアクセスを求めません。通知の許可も求めません（iCloud 同期の変更通知は、画面に表示されない内部の通知です）。ホーム画面のウィジェットは、今日の献立と回す人を表示するために、端末内のデータを読み取ります。

4. トラッキング・広告・第三者

本アプリは以下を一切行いません。

• ユーザー追跡 (App Tracking Transparency 対象の処理)
• 解析・アナリティクス SDK の導入
• 広告の表示
• 第三者 SDK へのデータ提供
• 開発者や第三者のサーバーとのネットワーク通信

App Store の「App のプライバシー」欄では「データの収集なし」と申告しており、アプリに同梱するプライバシーマニフェストの内容と一致します。

5. 子どものプライバシー

本アプリは、小さなお子さまのいるご家族が一緒に使うことを想定した、年齢レーティング 4+ のアプリです。個人情報を収集しないため、お子さまから情報を収集することもありません。本アプリには広告も外部へのリンクもなく、

6. データの削除

メニュー・家族のメンバー・履歴・かいものメモは、それぞれアプリ内の一覧から削除できます。本アプリを端末から削除すると、端末内に保存されたデータが削除されます。iCloud 同期をオンにしていた場合、iCloud に保存されたデータは、iPhone の「設定」→（ユーザー名）→「iCloud」→「ストレージを管理」からアプリのデータを削除できます。開発者側に保存されているデータはありません。

7. ポリシーの変更

本ポリシーは、機能追加や法令改正等に応じて更新する場合があります。重要な変更があった場合は、本ページ上で告知します。

Privacy Policy (English)

Menurette (the "App") is an iOS application for choosing dinner by spinning a roulette wheel together as a family. The App is developed and maintained by an individual developer (Masamichi Ueta). We put your privacy first, and the App does not collect any personal information or usage data.

1. Information We Collect

The App does not collect any information about you. It does not transmit any data to the developer's servers or to third parties. No account is required, and the App never communicates with any server of the developer. The only network activity is the sync with your own iCloud (see 2 below), and only if you leave iCloud sync switched on. Everything else happens on your device, so every feature works in airplane mode.

2. Data We Store, and iCloud Sync

The App keeps the following, which it needs to work, on your device:

• Dishes (name, emoji, cuisine, main ingredient, ingredients used, cooking time, and whether each is on the menu)
• Family members (name, avatar emoji, colour, turn order, favourite dishes, and how many "No thanks!" cards they used this week)
• The history of dinners you decided (date, dish, and who spun)
• The shopping list (ingredients, and whether each is bought)
• Settings (slices on the wheel, "No thanks!" cards per week, repeat-free days, wheel theme, sound, haptics and iCloud sync on or off) and the dishes turned down today

These are kept in a database and in the settings storage on your device. If you are signed in to iCloud and "Sync with iCloud" in Settings is on (the default), the dishes, family members, history and shopping list are also saved to your own iCloud (a private CloudKit database) and synced between iPhones and iPads signed in to the same Apple ID. That data sits in your account on Apple's servers, and the developer cannot see any of it. Turn "Sync with iCloud" off and the App works on the device alone (restart the App to apply). Settings values are not synced. Nicknames work fine for family members.

The ingredients you pick on the fridge screen are not saved. They are cleared when the App closes or once dinner is decided.

If you use iOS device backups (iCloud Backup or a backup to your Mac), the App's data may be included in them. That is Apple's backup feature, and the developer has no access to it.

3. Access to Device Features

The App asks for no access to the camera, photos, location, contacts or microphone, and does not ask for permission to show notifications (the change notices iCloud sync uses are internal and never shown). The Home Screen widget reads the data on your device to show tonight's dinner and whose turn it is.

4. Tracking and Advertising

The App does not perform any of the following:

• User tracking as defined by App Tracking Transparency
• Analytics SDK integration
• Advertising
• Sharing data with third-party SDKs
• Network communication with servers of the developer or third parties

The App's App Store privacy entry declares "Data Not Collected", matching the privacy manifest bundled with the App.

5. Children's Privacy

The App is rated 4+ and is made for families with young children to use together. Since it collects no personal information at all, it collects none from children either. The App has no advertising and no links out of it.

6. Data Deletion

Dishes, family members, history entries and shopping list items can each be deleted from their lists in the App. Uninstalling the App removes what it stored on your device. If iCloud sync was on, you can delete the App's data in iCloud from Settings > (your name) > iCloud > Manage Storage. No data is held by the developer.

7. Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated to reflect new features or legal requirements. Material changes will be announced on this page.
